In order to avoid borrowing or incorrect using of the research results of third persons parties, please comply with the authors of Ethics academic citation. We recommend that prior to submitting the text, the authors to carry out a self-test for plagiarism of the scientific articles.

All manuscripts which are submitted to the editorial staff are checked for uniqueness. In case of revelation of plagiarism during the processing of the article, the article is returned to the author.
